- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Consistently a bad experience. There are helpful people in amongst the many rude and unhelpful. But unfortunately it's the rude and unhelpful that leave a bad taste and make me regret/dread ever having to deal with this place. I'm actually registered to have my second baby here because it's the closest to home but really considering going elsewhere even if I have to travel for hours. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Was seen by Ortho dept Monday 13 Nov operated on Thursday 16th in day surgery. Carpal tunnel release. Staff kind caring and friendly. Operating staff professional careful and excellent. After care good. Hillingdons buildings are very tired and in some areas not too clean. Day surgery and operating theatre very clean. Overall a very good experience.
